Walking Buddy Program

Our Walking Buddy fitness program offers compassionate support for individuals with cognitive impairment.  Paired with a dedicated balance coach companion, this program ensures a safe and engaging environment, promoting physical activity of creative exercises, ambulation and social interaction tailored to their unique needs.

Comfort Zone Program

The Comfort Zone program offers gentle range of motion exercises tailored for individuals in unique situations, such as bed-bound clients and those receiving palliative care. Our compassionate approach focuses on enhancing comfort and mobility by reducing joint stiffness, reducing aches and pain, improving circulation, preserving muscle strength and enhancing overall well-being.

Recovery Modalities

Recovery modalities tailored for seniors, such as gentle massage, assisted stretching, and compressions boots, provide effective means to alleviate muscle stiffness, enhance joint mobility, and promote overall well-being.
